Mediterranean rocky benthic communities face to global change

David Díaz Viñolas is a researcher at the Spanish Institute of Oceanography (IEO) in Palma de Mallorca. David was involved in the biologic monitoring of the Medes Islands Protected Area, where he worked on most of his thesis on the ecology of the European spiny lobster. In the last few years, he has specialised in radio-tracking to assess the mobility of lobsters and to understand the role of marine reserves in the conservation of large decapods.
